Region: Nandi Valley Appellation, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Grapes: 100% Syrah from the winery’s own estates nearby
Harvesting: Hand-harvested in spring 2012.
Winemaking: The high percentage of whole berry fermentation gives layers of complexity at controlled temperatures for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, with pumping over to retain fruit characteristics. Careful handling of the grapes between the vineyard and the tank and attention to pressing, are essential in producing this wine.

Tasting Notes: A bright red wine with an aroma of raspberries & cherries and hints of pepper & cinnamon. Dry and medium-bodied, with soft velvety tannins and a good finish.
Food Pairings: Goes well with mildly spiced dishes.
